辛伐他汀调脂治疗对血脂正常的稳定性心绞痛患者心肌缺血的影响

目的探讨辛伐他汀调脂治疗对血脂正常的稳定性心绞病患者心肌缺血的影响。方法64例血脂正常且心电图运动试验阳性的稳定，挂心绞痛患者随机分为辛伐他汀组（治疗组）和对照组，治疗组除给予常规治疗外，同时口服辛伐他汀20mg每天一次调脂治疗，对照组仅给予常规治疗。于治疗前、治疗后6个月时分别行24h动态心电图、心电图运动试验检测心肌缺血总负荷（total ischemic burden，TIB）及运动诱发的心肌缺血，并记录缺血相关事件。结果治疗后6个月治疗组TIB低于对照组TIB（P〈0．05）。治疗组运动耐量增加，由运动诱发的心肌缺血低于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组的缺血相关事件明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论辛伐他汀调脂治疗对血脂正常的稳定性心绞痛患者具有抗心肌缺血作用，并能减少运动诱发的心肌缺血以及缺血相关事件的发生。

Effects of Simvastatin on Myocardial Ischemia in Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris and Average Lipid Levels

Objective To explore the myocardial ischemic effects of simvastatin on patients with stable angina pectoris and average lipidlevels. Methods Sixty - four patients with stable angina pectoris, positive exercise test were randomly divided into simvastatin group and control group. Simvastatin 20 mg administrated by mouth every night in simvastatin group. They all underwent exercise testing and total ischemic burden （TIB） monitoring from 24 hour ambulatory electrocardi - ogram recording and observation of isehemia related events before and 6 months after therapy. Results （1）TIB in simvastatin group was lower than that in control group after 6 months of therapy （ P 〈 0. 05）. （2）Mter treatment, the patients in the simvastatin group had significantly improved in exercise tolerance, the exercise - induced myocardial ischemia were lower than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. （3）During the 6 months of follow up, fewer ischemia related events occurred in the simvastain group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Simvastatin can take anti - myocardial ischemic effects and reduce the exercise - induced myocardial ischemia and incidence of ischemia related events.
