| 摘 要： | 目的：研究直肠癌组织及其远侧端黏膜组织中微血管的分布，并从分子病理学水平上探讨直肠癌的安全远侧切缘。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色半定量测定方法对45例直肠癌及其远侧端黏膜的微血管密度（Micro—vessel Density MVD）进行研究。结果：直肠癌肿瘤组织中MVD较高；直肠癌远侧端黏膜MVD随着距离增大而降低，且在直肠远侧端1．0cm内有显著性异常改变；直肠远侧端黏膜MVD与肿瘤分期以及病理类型无关。结论：直肠腺癌远侧端MVD可作为直肠远切端切除长度的一个相对独立的分子病理学指标，直肠远侧端切除的长度至少应〉1cm。 |
