西宁市流动儿童计划免疫接种率现状调查

目的了解西宁市流动儿童计划免疫现状和存在问题。方法于2006年7～9月对2002～2005年出生的流动儿童进行预防接种调查。结果共调查四区二县792名适龄儿童,建证率96.09%,建卡率96.59%;卡介苗、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗全程、百白破联合疫苗全程、麻疹疫苗全程接种率分别为77.53%、78.55%、75.54%、74.40%;乙型肝炎疫苗全程接种率为72.12%,HepB首针及时接种率为71.00%。常住儿童接种率明显高于流动儿童,造成未接种的原因主要为不知道要接种。结论流动儿童的预防接种仍然是免疫规划领域的重点和难点,今后的工作中对流动儿童免疫规划管理上应加大力度。

Investigation of Present Condition on EPI in Floating Children of Xining City

Objective To find out the present condition and problems of EPI in floating children. Methods An investigation on floating children born in 2002 - 2005 was carried out from July to September in 2006. Results We investigated 792 target children in 4 districts and 2 counties. The rates of setting up certification and immunization cards were 96.09% and 96.59% respectively. The immunization coverages of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV were 77.53%,78.55%,75.54%,74.40% respectively. The immunization coverage of HepB was 72.12%,but the first dose of timely HepB vaccination rate was only 71.00%. The coverage in floating children was markedly lower than that in local children. The main reason of miss- ing immunization was lack of vaccination information. Conclusion Prophylactic vaccination is the key point to EPI in floating children. We should enforce it.
