洋金花总生物碱对缺血再灌注脑组织病理形态和丙二醛的影响

摘    要:目的在阻断双侧颈总动脉和椎动脉结合低血压法复制的脑完全性缺血再灌注模型上,研究了缺血再灌注脑组织病理形态和丙二醛含量变化的关系。结果提示:洋金花总生物碱能抑制膜脂质过氧化作用,使缺血再灌注脑组织的丙二醛含量和病理形态改变减轻。动态观察血液丙二醛,可作为评价脑缺血性疾病治疗和预后的监测指标。

Abstract:This paper studies the relationship between the pathology shape during cerebral ischemic and the change of MDA, on the basis of stopping the main carotid on two sides and vertebral artery with using lower blood pressure method to copy cerebral ischemic repeffusion model. The result shows that the datura alkaloid has the function of controlling hpid peroxidafion so as to decrease the MDA content of cerebral ischemic reperfusion and change of pathology shape. Futhermore, dynamic observation on blood MDA can be regarded as monitoring index when evaluating the treatment and prognosis of cerebral ischemic disease.
