| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术的临床疗效及适应症 .[方法 ]对 1例非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术进行分析 ,并对相关资料进行总结 .[结果 ]病人术后恢复顺利 ,无任何并发症 .相关资料显示非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术具有良好的疗效 .[结论 ]非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术是一种有效、可靠的手术方法 ,但应掌握好手术适应症 . |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinic effec ts and operative indication of the off-pump coronary bypass grafting(OPCAB). W THX METHODSOne case of the OPCAB was retrospectively analyzed and rel ative data were reviewed.RESULTSThe patient recovered after operation and no any complication. It was reported that the OPCAB has a good cur ative effects in data.CONCLUSIONThe OPCAB is a effective and reliable operation, but it has specified operative indication. |
