急性脑梗死患者血液炎症因子水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系

目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血液炎症因子水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系.方法 将146例急性脑梗死患者依颈动脉超声检查分为3组,即无斑块组（38例）,稳定斑块组（48例）及不稳定斑块组（60例）,其中Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级斑块各为29、41、38例,检测各组患者发病3d内的血浆肿瘤坏死因子α（TNGα）、白介素6（Ib6）水平.结果 稳定斑块组及不稳定斑块组血浆TNFα、Ib6水平明显高于无斑块组,不稳定斑块组明显高于稳定斑块组,且随着斑块严重程度的增加,其血浆TNGα、Ib6水平也明显增高（P均＜0.05）.结论 血浆TNGα、Ib6水平可以反映急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的严重程度.

Relationship between levels of blood inflammatory factors and carotid atherosclerosis plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the relationship between levels of blood inflammatory factors and ca rotid atherosclerosis plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods A hundred and forty six ACI patients were divided into three subgroups according to the results of carotid ultrasound examination：non plaque group（38 cases）,stable plaque group（48 cases） and unstable plaque group（60 cases）.And there were 29cases,41 cases and 38 cases with plaque grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ respectively.The levels of plasma tumor necro sis facto-α（TNF α） and interleukin 6（IL 6）were detected in three days and the results were compared among these groups.Results The levels of plasma TNF α and IL6 in stable plaque group and unstable plaque group were significantly higher than those in non plaque group,and which in unstable plaque group were significantly higher than in stable plaque group,Along with the increase of plaque severity,the levels of plasma TNFα and IL6 were remarkably increased,the differences were statistically significant （all P＜0.05）.Conclusions The levels of plasma TNFα and IL6 are related to the severity of carotid atherosclerosis in ACI patients.
