咳嗽变异性哮喘患者外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达水平分析

目的 分析咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）患者外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞表达水平.方法 连续选择2011年1月至2012年12月在中国医科大学附属第四医院门诊就诊的CVA患者（CVA组）35例和慢性持续期哮喘患者（哮喘组）21例,另有18例同期参加体检结论健康者为对照组.3组对象同期接受了外周血调节性T细胞（CD4＋CD25＋ Treg和CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋Treg）和辅助性T细胞（CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋/CD8＋）检测.结果 CVA患者外周血CD4＋表达水平及CD4＋/CD8＋比值均明显低于对照组,但都明显高于哮喘组（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.CVA患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋ Treg和CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋Treg均明显低于对照组,但都明显高于哮喘组（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.CVA咳嗽程度重组外周血CD4＋、CD4＋CD25＋ Treg、CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋Treg表达水平及CD4＋/CD8＋比值都明显低于咳嗽程度轻组（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.结论 CVA患者存在明确的外周血调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞异常表达,且随着症状加重这些异常表达趋于显著.

Analysis of surfactant antigen expressions of peripheral regulatory T cells and helper T cells in cough variant asthma patients

Objective To explore the expression levels of surfactant antigens of peripheral regulatory T cells and helper T cells in cough variant asthma（CVA） patients. Methods A total of 35 cases of CVA patients （CVA group） ,21 cases of chronic persistent asthma （ asthma group）, and 18 cases of healthy physical examination patients（ control group） was involved from outpatients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University during November 2011 to December 2012. The surfactant antigens on the regulatory T cells （CD4~ CD25~ Treg and CD4~ CD25＋ Foxp3~ Treg） and T helper cells （ CD3 ~ , CD4 ＋ , CD8 ~ , CIM ~ / CD8 ~ ） in the peripheral blood were analyzed for all groups. Results The expression level of CD4^＋ and ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in peripheral blood of CVA patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, but were signifi- cantly higher than those in the asthma group （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Foxp3^＋ Treg in peripheral blood of CVA patients were significantly lower than those in the control group, but were significantly higher than those in the asthma group （ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. The expression levels of CD4^＋, CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Treg, and CD4^＋ CD25^＋ Foxp3^＋ Treg, and ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the peripheral blood of serious cough CVA patients were significantly lower than those in mild cough group （ P 〈0. 05, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions The surfactant antigens on the regulatory T cells and helper T cells in the peripheral blood were ab- normally expressed in CVA patients, and the abnormally expressed levels of those surfactant antigens become more obvious with the ag- gravating symptom.
