高危儿社区全程综合保健管理模式研究

高危儿管理是儿童保健工作的重要内容之一。通过高危儿监测筛查,早期发现体格生长或发育偏异,实施早期评估、诊断、指导干预,借此降低儿童体格生长发育行为问题和残疾的发生率,提高儿童保健质量,改善高危儿远期生活质量,促进儿童体格、运动、语言、认知和社会情绪全面发展,提高人口素质。目前国内外对高危儿主要针对个体进行管理,尚缺乏系统管理干预的经验。

Objective: To explore high risk childScommunityScomprehensivecare management modelSto promote theSreduction ofSthe incidence ofSadverse prognosis,Srole in the development of theShigh risk childSphysique andSnerve.Methods: The establishment ofShigh risk childScareSdemonstration baseSin the DistrictSMaternal and child health hospital,Sthe provincial children"s HospitalSexpertsSto carry outSregular clinicalSassessment andStreatmentSinterventions,SDistrictS6 community health service centers inSoutpatient department,accompanied bySresponsible forSscreeningSreferralSand returnSafterSthe wholeSprojectScommunityShealth care management.Results: At the age of 1SinterventionSgroup and control group,Seach area of GesellSshowed noSstatistical differenceS(P > 0.05),non intervention groupSGesellScan distinguish betweenvalues were lower inSthe intervention group and the control group,Sthe difference was statistically significantS(P < 0.001);Sthe intervention groupSwereShigher than theuntreated group,Sthe difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001);Sthe intervention groupSthe incidenceSof poor prognosisS(4.5%)Swas significantly lower than that ofuntreated groupSof high risk childS(16.3%),Sthe difference was statistically significantS(P < 0.05).Conclusion: CommunityScomprehensiveScare management model of high risk childScontributes toSpoor prognosis,SreduceSthe occurrence and development ofShigh risk childSphysique andSnerve.
