| 摘 要： | 目的通过对2008～2009年度招收飞行学员复检的超声检查阳性结果进行回顾性分析。方法超声诊断在招收飞行学员体检中的诊断及鉴定价值。结果2008年度超声检查不合格24例，占复检不合格总数的15％；2009年度超声检查不合格66例，占复检不合格总数的17．66％。主要包括肝内钙化灶、胆囊息肉样病变、肾囊肿、脾大、肝血管瘤、肾结石或钙化灶、肾积水、肝脏实性占位性病变、马蹄肾、脾血管瘤、脾缺如、胆囊结石、胆囊炎、脂肪肝、肝囊肿、先天性心脏病等。 |
