子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的介入护理

目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗产后大出血的介入护理的方法措施。方法对40例产后大出血并失血性休克的病人，经保守治疗无效后行子宫动脉栓塞治疗的患者临床护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果通过有效的治疗以及积极的护理配合，本组资料选取的40例患者3～7d后转入普通病房，15。30d后均痊愈出院，对其进行6—40个月的随访，均没有出现严重并发症。保留子宫的患者月经均正常，子宫切除的患者阴道均没有异常流血。结论子宫动脉栓塞具有手术时间短，能够对产后大出血有效的控制．创伤小．疗效高，并可使患者保持生育功能的优点，但是其术后具有一定的并发症，故应当在做好积极有效的术前、术中、术后护理对于手术的顺利进行、患者的生命安全、并发症的减少都具有极其重要的意义。

Interventional nursing of uterine artery embolization in treating postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the uterine artery embolization in treating postpartum hemorrhage interventional nursing measures.Methods Retrospective analysis clinical nursing data of 40 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients complicated with ischemic shock treated by uterine artery embolization in our hospital.Results Through effective treatment as well as positive nursing,the data from 40 patients 3~7d after transfer to a general ward,15~30d were cured,for 6 to 40 months follow-up,no severe complications,preserve the uterus menstruating patients were normal,hysterectomy patients with abnormal vaginal bleeding is not.Conclusion Internaliliac artery embolization with short operation time,ableto effectively control postpartum hemorrhage,trauma,high curative effect,and can make the patients to maintain fertility function advantage,but ithas some complications after operation,we should do a good job in the active and effective preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative nursing for operation.Smoothly,the life safety of patients,the complications of the all has the extremely vital significance.
