超声引导下穿刺活检诊断盆腔肿物的体会

目的探讨晚期恶性肿瘤患者获取病理诊断的方法。方法回顾分析1例晚期盆腔肿物患者，在超声引导下用Quick-Core活检针穿刺活检盆腔肿瘤的临床资料。结果活检取得的肿物组织为胶冻样物质，并行涂片，病理诊断见癌细胞团。结论在超声引导下用Quick-Core活检针穿刺活检晚期恶性肿瘤简便、微创；对于浅表部位无法获取病理诊断及无法耐受手术治疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者，是获取病理诊断的较好方法，值得临床推广应用。

Ultrasound guided aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of pelvic masses

Objective Investigate the advanced malignant tumor patients obtain the pathological diagnosis method. Methods Retrospective analysis of 1 patients with advanced pelvic tumor patients, under ultrasound guidance with Quick-Core needle aspiration biopsy of pelvic tumor clinical data. Results The tumor tissue biopsies obtained for a jelly-like substance, parallel smear, pathological diagnosis see the cancer cell clusters. Conclusion Under ultrasound guidance with Quick-Core biopsy needle aspiration biopsy of malignant tumor is simple, minimally invasive, the technique for superficial part cannot obtain the pathological diagnosis and can not tolerate operation in treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumor pathological diagnosis, is to obtain a better method, is worth the clinical promoted application.
