经颅和脑电图联合应用于脑梗死检查结果分析

目的对经颅多普勒超声（TCD）、脑电图（EEG）应用于脑梗死检查的结果进行总结分析。方法选取2009年1月-2011年12月的76例脑梗死患者作为研究对象，均经头颅CT或MRI检查确诊，对比分析经颅多普勒超声（TCD）、脑电图（EEG）检查的特点。结果76例急性脑梗死患者中脑电图异常58例，占72．4％，包括轻度异常28例，中度异常27例，重度异常3例。TCD异常63例，占82．9％，TCD诊断脑梗死异常率明显高于EEG，差异有统计学意义（尸〈0．05）。结论经颅和脑电图联合应用于脑梗死检查具有重要的临床价值，值得广泛推广和应用。

Jointly applied to the cerebral infarction test results of Transcranial and EEG

Objective To summarize and analyze the cerebral infarction check results by Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD), electroencephalogram (EEG). Methods 76 patients with cerebral infarction were diagnosed by CT or MRI in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011, compared and analyzed the features of transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD), electroencephalogram (EEG). Results Among 76 cases acute cerebral infarction, abnormal EEG were 58 cases, accounting for 72.4%, mildly abnormal in 28 cases including 27 cases, moderately abnormal, severe abnormal three cases. TCD abnormal were 63 cases, accounting for 82.9%,TCD diagnosis of cerebral infarction abnormal rate was significantly higher than the EEG, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Transcranial and EEG applied to the joint cerebral infarction check has important clinical value, worthy of extensive promotion and application.
