基于中医经典浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎“白肺”形成的病机

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎患者"白肺"形成的中医病机。方法:从临床分期的角度,结合中医膜原、焦膜理论及患者影像学特点分析"白肺"形成的病机。结果:新型冠状病毒肺炎影像学多表现为肺间质受累,中医认为这为疫疠之邪,从口鼻而入,多侵犯膜原及上焦焦膜,湿、痰、饮、瘀、毒、热逐渐发展,肺间质大量受累,痰瘀壅滞肺络,疫毒闭肺,深入营血,肺气壅遏,进而形成白肺。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎患者应通过透达膜原、祛瘀通络等治法,阻止肺间质病变的发生及发展,以此截断"白肺"的形成。

Analysis of Pathogenesis of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia "White Lung" Based on TCM Classics

Objective: To explore TCM pathogenesis of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients'' "White Lung" formation. Methods: The pathogenesis of "White Lung" was analyzed from the perspective of clinical stage, combined with the theory of Moyuan and Jiaomo of traditional chinese medicine and the imaging characteristics of patients. Results: Novel coronavirus pneumonia was characterized by interstitial lung involvement. Traditional chinese medicine believed that was the evil of pestilence and plague. When it entered the mouth and nose, it often invaded Moyuan and Shangjiaojiaomo. With the gradual development of dampness, phlegm, drink, blood stasis, toxin and heat, a large number of lung interstitium were involved, phlegm and blood stasis block lung collaterals, epidemic toxin closed the lung, went deep into blood circulation, the Lung Qi was blocked, and then formed "White Lung". Conclusion: The patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia should be able to prevent the formation and development of interstitial lung disease by means of the treatment of making the evil of Moyuan reach outside, removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals, in order to cut off the formation of "White Lung".
