Abstract: | Passive transfer tests are helpful in ascertaining the etiologic factors in patients with severe allergic symptoms due to asthma and other allergic disorders. The majority of these patients are receiving antihistamine drugs and ADRENALIN®, which interfere with the direct positive skin tests. Etiologic factors will be uncovered which do not appear on direct skin tests, and the results of therapy will be gratifying. |
