胸腔置管与常规胸穿治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和护理

目的:探讨恶性胸腔积液采用胸腔置管引流的疗效和护理。方法:64例恶性胸腔积液患者分为2组,胸腔置管引流组(A组):胸腔置管后持续引流至每天胸液少于50ml后注入顺铂。常规穿刺抽液组(B组),用常规穿刺抽液,胸液减少至厚度2～3cm时停止穿刺,同时注入顺铂。结果:胸腔置管引流组与常规穿刺抽液组的各项观察指标比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用深静脉插管进行胸腔内置管引流,能减少穿刺次数、缩短住院时间、减少副作用、提高疗效、并减少治疗费用。但同时也对护理人员提出更高的要求。

Nursing and Curative Effects on Chest of Shut Type Drainage and Thoracentesis Applying to Alignant Pleural Effusion

Objective:To study the nursing and its curative effects on chest shut type drainage tube applying to malignant pleural effusion.Method:64 patients were divided into chest shut type drainage(A group) or thoracentesis(B group).The former,Cisplatinwas injected into pleural cavity until drainage was less than 50ml per day.the latter,Cisplatin was injected into pleural cavity until chest wall ultrasound was less than 2~3 mm.Result:Primary endpoint were singnificant difference between chest shut type drainage and thoracentesis(P<0.05).Conclusion:There was reduction in the length of stay in the hospital,decrease in punctura times,and side-effect,as well as medical cost,increase in curative effect.
