| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗线粒体抗体（AMA）、抗核抗体（ANA）对血清抗-HIV酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）结果的影响。方法根据抗-HIV ELISA阳性标本蛋白印迹法确认结果的不同分为A、B两个试验组和正常对照组，对以上三组标本进行AMA、ANA检测。结果A组AMA、ANA阳性率较正常对照组明显升高，差异有显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论抗-HIV ELISA假阳性结果的出现与AMA、ANA有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of antimitochndrial antibody(AMA) and antinuclear antibodies(ANA) on anti-human immunodeftcfency vius(HIV) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Methods By differents the result of weatern blot(WB),the tests were divided into two groups:experiment and control groups.The experiment group was divided into 2 sub group(A,B).Results There was signiftcant difference between experiment group A and control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion It suggests that AMA and ANA affect anti-HIV ELISA. |
