| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨晶状体超声乳化联合玻璃体切除术治疗合并白内障的复杂性视网膜脱离的临床疗效及安全性。方法：1999年8月－2000年10月对合并白内障的复杂性视网膜脱离28例（28只眼）施行该联合手术。结果：经过4－18个月的随访,平均为11．5个月。有24只眼视网膜解剖复位,成功率为86％。术后视力均有不同程度提高。结论：晶状体超声乳化术为合并白内障的复杂性视网膜义开辟了新的治疗途径。该联合手术安全,有效,能使患者快速恢复视功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of combined phacoemusification and pars plana vitrectomy in the treatment of complex retinal detachment with cataract.Methods 28 cases(28 eyes) with complex retinal detachment and cataract were performed in phacoemusification and pars plana vitrectomy.Results After average follow up of 11.5 months,the retina was completely attached in 24 eyes,the reattachment rate was up to 86%,visual acuity achieved improvement.Conclusion Phacoemusification is new theraphy for complex retinal detachment with cataract.The combined surgery is safe and effective.It provides rapid visual rehabilitation with a single operaton. |
