| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿激酶小剂量长疗程治疗不稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效。方法将收治的86例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在此基础上加用尿激酶,每日静脉滴注20万U,连用2周。在用药2,4周后观察两组患者心绞痛缓解程度和出血并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重的出血并发症。结论常规方法联合尿激酶小剂量长疗程治疗不稳定型心绞痛,疗效显著,安全性高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of long course small dose of urokinase in treating unstable angina pectoris. Methods 86 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional therapy, while on this basis the observation group was added with urokinase by intravenous drip, daily 200 000 U for successive 2 weeks. The relief degree of angina pectoris and the occurrence rate of bleeding complications after 2- week and 4- week treatment were observed in the two groups. Results The curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）; no serious bleeding complications occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The conventional curative pattern combined with long course small dose of urolinasecan has significant effect and safety for treating unstable angina pectoris. |
