急性脑梗死患者血同型半胱氨酸、S100B蛋白与神经功能的相关性

目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、S100B蛋白与神经功能的相关性.方法 86例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,85例健康人作为对照组,观察所有人血Hcy和S100B蛋白的含量,并且探讨观察组Hcy、S100B蛋白与患者神经功能缺损评分的关系.结果 观察组Hcy、S100B蛋白均高于对照组(均P＜0.01)；急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损评分为(19.29±10.27)分,与Hcy呈正相关关系(r=0.2793,P ＜0.05),与S100B蛋白呈正相关关系(r=0.4017,P＜0.05).结论 急性脑梗死患者血Hcy和S100B蛋白可以作为判断患者病情严重程度的标志物.

The correlation of Hcy,S100B and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To study the correlation of homocysteine（Hcy）,S100B and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled into the observation group and eighty-five healty people were enrolled into the control group.The Hcy,S100B and nerve function were detected.Results The Hcy and S100B in the observation group were higher than in the control group（all P〈0.01）.The score of nerve function in the observation group was （19.29±10.27）,which has a positive correlation with Hcy（r=0.2793,P〈0.05） and a positive correlation with S100B（r=0.4017,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Hcy and S100B in patients with acute cerebral infarction can be seemed as a marker of severity of the disease.
