舒适护理在前列腺汽化电切术患者中的应用

摘    要:
目的探讨舒适护理在前列腺汽化电切术患者中的应用效果。方法按入院次序将640例行前列腺汽化电切术患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各320例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组患者手术时间及术中出血量、血压、心率和术后畏寒症等观察指标的差异。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后畏寒发生率低于对照组(均P〈0.05)。观察组患者术中血压与心率较其基础值无明显变化(均P〉0.05),对照组则有明显的升高(均P〈0.05),两组术中血压与心率比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论舒适护理可使患者身心处于最佳状态,从而积极主动配合手术治疗,进而提高了手术效果,同时降低了术后并发症的发生,提高了护理质量。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing on patients undergoing vaporized electrotomy.Methods 640 patients to undergo vaporized electrotomy of prostate were evenly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The former received routine nursing care and the treatment group comfort nursing.The two groups were compared in operational duration,volume of intraoperative bleeding,blood pressure,heart rate and postoperative chills.Results The treatment group had shorter operation duration,smaller volumes in bleeding and lower incurrence of postoperative chills than the control group did(all P<0.05).There were no significant changes in intraoperative blood pressure and heart rate compared to the baselines(both P<0.05),but there were significant increases in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing may help the patients adjust to their best physically and mentally so that they can be more active and cooperative,which as a result can ensure the operative outcomes,lower the incidences of complications and improve the quality of nursing.
