| 摘 要： | 目的：分析健康体检中发现的肺不张的病因。方法：对在健康体检中发现的肺不张患者，均行纤维支气管镜检查，以明确病因。结果：28例肺不张患者的病因与临床检查的常见病因不一致，其中，结核居首位15例，占53．6％；其次为炎症7例，占25．0％；癌症5例，占17．8％；异物1例，占3．6％。结论：健康体检中发现的肺不张主要由结核病引起。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze causes of atelectasis found in health checks. Methods: 28 patients with atelectasis found in health checks were all given fibrobronchoscopy to find out causes of atelectasis. Results: The causes for atelectasis found in 28 patients were different from those of clinical cases. Of all the causes for atelectasis, tuberculosis ranked the first (15 cases, accounting for 53.6% ), followed by inflammation (7 cases, accounting for 25.0%) and pulmonary tumor (5 cases, accounting for 17.8%), and one case was caused by lodgement of foreign body in the tissue (accounting for 3.6%). Conclusion: Atelectasis found in health checks was mainly due to tuberculosis. |
