《医疗事故处理条例》呼唤人性化医疗服务

摘    要:
从《医疗事故处理条例》颁布和实施后医院面临的新形势,分析研究医疗机构及其医务人员积极应对的措施与方法,指出医院必须增强“以人为本”的人文理念,转变服务观念和服务模式,推行人性化医疗服务,建立新型的医患关系,提高患者对医院的信任度和满意率。人性化医疗服务对减少医疗事故纠纷的发生,防范和处理医疗事故及其争议有着积极的促进作用。

Abstract:
By comparing the new situation hospital confronted after the actualization of Bylaws handling medical malpractice, the author analyzed the measures and methods taken by medical staff, and put forward humane idea of people foremost so as to change serving idea and mode, actualize humane medical services and set up new relation between patients and doctors to raise the faith and satisfaction ratio of patients toward hospital. Humane medical services have active effect on promoting the increasing, preventing and dealing medical malpractice.
