| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜辅助下经口腺样体切除术的疗效和优点。方法64例确为腺样体肥大患者在鼻内镜辅助下经口彻底切除肥大腺样体，术后随访1～2年。结果术后腺样体切除彻底，无残体存留，鼻咽部结构显示良好，无出血、咽鼓管损伤等并发症，随访1～2年，术前与术后比较，鼻塞、脓涕、听力下降、张口呼吸、打鼾等症状基本消失。结论鼻内镜辅助下经口腺样体切除术术野清楚，切除范围准确，增加了手术的安全性和准确性，手术疗效显著，并发症少。

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the clinical effects of adenoidectomy with nasal endoscope by mouth.Methods 64 cases with adenoid hypertrophy were treated with adenoidectomy with nasal endoscope by mouth.All 64 patients were followed up 1 to 2 years.Results With 1 to 2 years of follow-up,the symptoms of nasal obstruction,hearing descent,mouth breathing and snoring in all of these patients disappear compared with preoperative one.There were no postoperative complications,such as postoperative hemorrhage,residuum of adenoids... |
