摘    要:
目的:探讨人类甘露糖结合凝集素(Mannose Binding Lectin,MBL)基因多态性与新疆哈萨克族人群结核病(TB)易感性的相关性。方法:采用病例-对照的研究方法,应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(Polymerasechain reaction-sequence specific primers,PCR-SSP)技术对220例新疆哈萨克族结核病患者和213例新疆哈萨克族健康对照者进行MBL-P/Q、H/L基因分型,比较组间等位基因频率(GF),并计算其比值比(OR)。结果:(1)肺结核病例组MBL-H/L、P/Q位点中肺结核病例组中MBL-HH基因频率显著高于健康对照组(分别为52.8%和40.4%),两者之间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而肺结核病例组中MBL-LL基因频率又明显低于健康对照组(分别为13.2%和23.9%),统计学处理,两组差异有显著性(P〈0.05);(2)肺结核病例组PP、PQ、QQ基因频率与对照组无明显差异,各组间差异无统计学意义。结论:MBL-HH、LL基因可能是新疆哈萨克族人群结核病的抵抗基因。
