| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨人类甘露糖结合凝集素（Mannose Binding Lectin,MBL）基因多态性与新疆哈萨克族人群结核病（TB）易感性的相关性。方法：采用病例-对照的研究方法,应用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物（Polymerasechain reaction-sequence specific primers,PCR-SSP）技术对220例新疆哈萨克族结核病患者和213例新疆哈萨克族健康对照者进行MBL-P/Q、H/L基因分型,比较组间等位基因频率（GF）,并计算其比值比（OR）。结果：（1）肺结核病例组MBL-H/L、P/Q位点中肺结核病例组中MBL-HH基因频率显著高于健康对照组（分别为52.8%和40.4%）,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而肺结核病例组中MBL-LL基因频率又明显低于健康对照组（分别为13.2%和23.9%）,统计学处理,两组差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;（2）肺结核病例组PP、PQ、QQ基因频率与对照组无明显差异,各组间差异无统计学意义。结论：MBL-HH、LL基因可能是新疆哈萨克族人群结核病的抵抗基因。 |
