舒适护理干预在老年慢性心力衰竭护理中的体会

目的:探讨对老年慢性心力衰竭患者行舒适护理的效果。方法:选择时间在2018年4月到2019年4月,到我院治疗的82例慢性心衰患者,将其按照住院顺序平均分为两组,分别是41例舒适组和41例常规组。舒适组接受舒适护理,常规组接受常规护理,对比两组的护理效果,包括:护理满意度和康复情况。结果:研究得出,舒适组护理满意度39例(95.12%)、康复优良率38例(92.68%)均高于常规组33例(80.49%)、31例(75.61%),P<0.05。舒适组的康复优良率高于常规组,P<0.05。结论:对老年慢性心力衰竭患者行舒适护理,促进了患者的预后康复。

Experience of Comfortable Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,82 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the hospitalization order,which were 41 comfort group and 41 routine group.The comfort group received comfortable care,and the regular group received routine care to compare the effects of the two groups,including:satisfaction and rehabilitation.Results:The study showed that 39 patients(95.12%)in the comfort group and 38 patients(92.68%)in the excellent group were higher than the conventional group33 cases(80.49%)and 31 cases(75.61%),P<0.05.The excellent rate of recovery in the comfort group was higher than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable care for elderly patients with chronic heart failure promotes the prognosis of patients.
