核医学显像鉴别头颈部可疑异位甲状腺的价值

摘    要:
目的探讨核医学显像(SPECT-CT)鉴别头颈部可疑异位甲状腺的临床价值,更好地为患者的治疗提供检查服务。方法 50例头颈部甲状腺异位可疑病灶患者为研究对象,分别采用B超检查、CT检查、活检以及SPECT-CT检查。以活检结果为金标准,分析B超检查、CT检查、SPECT-CT检查的诊断准确率。结果活检结果中共有50个病灶, B超检出35个、CT检出45个, SPECT-CT检出49个。SPECT-CT检查的诊断准确率为98.0%(49/50),高于CT检查的90.0%(45/50)和B超检查的70.0%(35/50)。结论采用SPECT-CT检查可以充分的发挥核医学检查和CT成像技术的自身优势,可以对头颈部位的可疑异位甲状腺患者的病情做出判断,更好地为治疗提供数据基础,促使患者早日发现疾病,接受对症治疗。

Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical value of radionuclide imaging(SPECT-CT) in identifying suspected ectopic thyroid of head and neck, so as to provide better inspections for the treatment of patients. Methods There were 50 patients with suspected ectopic thyroid of head and neck as study subjects, and all received B-ultrasound, CT, biopsy and SPECT-CT examination. With biopsy results as the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy of B-ultrasound, CT, and SPECT-CT was analyzed. Results Of the 50 lesions diagnosed by biopsy, 35 lesions were detected by B-ultrasound, 45 lesions were detected by CT, and 49 lesions were detected by SPECT-CT. The diagnostic accuracy of SPECT-CT was 98.0%(49/50), which was higher than 90.0%(45/50) of CT and 70.0%(35/50) of B-ultrasound. Conclusion SPECT-CT examination can full play the advantages of nuclear medicine examination and CT imaging technology, judge the condition of suspected ectopic thyroid patients in the head and neck, provide better data basis for treatment, promote patients to find diseases as soon as possible and receive symptomatic treatment.
