左氧氟沙星注射液致中枢神经系统不良反应1例分析

目的探讨左氧氟沙星引起严重中枢神经系统（CNS）不良反应（ADR）的临床特征、相关因素、发生机制及防治策略，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法报道并分析1例左氧氟沙注射液致CNS不良反应病例及处理措施。结果查阅相关文献可知，左氧氟沙星引起CNS不良反应较为多见，应当引起临床医师注意。结论左氧氟沙星可导致严重的CNS不良反应，提示临床医师在诊疗过程中不仅要掌握适应症，而且要特别注意药物的剂量、联合用药的相互作用、给药速度以及用药期间患者的反应，以避免发生严重后果。

One Case of Serious Adverse Reactions in Central Nervous System Induced by Injection of Levofloxacin

Objective To investigate the clinical features of adverse reactions induced by levofloxacin injection in central nervous system （CNS） as well as related factors, mechanisms and prevention strategies, so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods One case of levofloxacin adverse reactions in CNS and its treatment were reported and analyzed. Results As previously reported, adverse reactions in CNS of levofloxacin injection were frequently observed. Doctors should be aware that levofloxacin may induce adverse reactions in CNS. Conclusion Levofloxacin injection can cause serious adverse reactions in CNS, which suggests that doctors should not only obtain a good knowledge of indications but also pay close attention to drug dosage, interaction of drug combination, speed of drug injection and reactions of patients during treatment to avoid serious consequences.
