| 摘 要： | 目的：通过持续滴注和分次注入两种鼻饲流质的临床对比,寻找出比较适合老年患者的鼻饲方法。方法：将50例留置胃管的患者随机分为实验组（持续滴注法）和对照组（分次注入法）各25例,对鼻饲后反流、患者的腹泻情况及护士所用时间进行统计学分析。结果：持续滴注组与分次注入组在患者反流、腹泻及护士所用时间方面比较,差异有统计学意义。结论：持续滴注鼻饲流质法是安全、可行的鼻饲流质方法,较适合老年患者,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To find an ideal method of nasal feeding by comparing two different ways of drip and injection by nasal to feed liquid.Methods：50 cases of detaining gastric tube were divided into both experiment group（drip group） and controlled group（injection group） randomly.Statistical analysis of their data of reflux,diarrhea and time spend of feeding liquid was done.Results：The differences of two groups in reflux,diarrhea and time spend were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The drip by nasal to feed liquid is a safe,fe asible method,it is suitable for old patients and worth promoting. |
