| 摘 要： | 本文采用形态计量学的方法观察了尼尔雌醇防治由雌激素缺乏所致的骨质疏松症的效果。结果表明,正常对照组与切除卵巢组骨皮质等效厚度、钙盐沉积带等效厚度等主要指标均差别显著,而切除卵巢后加服尼尔雌醇的两组均与正常对照组无明显差别,说明尼尔雌醇可以起到防治骨质疏松症的效果。 |

| Abstract: | Using morphometrical methods, the effects of niestriol were observed in the prevention and cure of the osteoporosis caused by the deficiency of estr in. The results showed that there were distinct dispavities in the. main indices between the control and ovaria-removed groups of rats, such as. equivalent thickness of bone cortex and calcinosis zone, whereas two groups given niestriol after ovaria removal revealed are the same results as the normal control group. Therefore niestriol is useful for the control and cure of the osteoporosis. |
