盐酸利多卡因胶浆在无痛导尿术中的临床应用

目的探讨盐酸利多卡因在无痛导尿术中的应用效果。方法选择本院2012年5月～2013年8月收治的50例行无痛导尿术的住院患者，将其随机分成两组，对照组给予常规导尿方法，观察组则在对照组的基础上联合使用2％盐酸利多卡因胶浆．观察两组患者的一次性置管成功率及置管时对尿道的刺激情况。结果两组患者的一次性置管成功率均较高，仅对照组出现1例一次置管不成功，在更换导管后置管成功。差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；在尿道疼痛方面，观察组的优良率为92．0％（23／25），明显高于对照组的68．0％（17／25）（P〈O．05）；在焦虑烦躁方面，观察组患者的优良率为100．0％（25／25），明显高于对照组的84．0％（21／25）（P〈O．05）。结论盐酸利多卡因在无痛导尿术中的临床效果显著，能减轻置留尿管给患者带来的疼痛，避免患者出现焦虑烦躁心理，值得临床广泛推广。

Clinical application of lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage on painless ure- thral catheterization

Objective To discuss the application effect of lidocaine hydrochloride on painless urethral catheterization. Methods 50 cases patients who needed painless urethral catheterization during hospital from May 2012 to August 2013 were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given the general way of urethral catheterization,the ob- servation group was given 2% lidocaine hydrochloride gel based on the control group.The one-time success rate of catheterization and the situation of urethral stimulation during catheterizing were observe ed between the two groups. Results The one-time success rate of catheterization were both high for the two groups,only one case in the control group failed the one-time success and succeed after changing canal,the difference was no statistically significant （P〉 0.05）.In the aspect of urethra pain,the excellent and good rate of observation group（92.0%,23/25） was significantly higher than that of the control group （68.0%, 17/25）（P〈0.05）.In the aspect of anxiety and dysphoria,the excellent and good rate of the observation group（100.0%, 25/25） was significantly higher than that of the control group（84.0%, 21/25） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of lidocaine hydrochloride to painless urethral catheterization is remarkable,it can de- crease the pain during catheterizing and avoid the anxiety and dysphoria of patients which should be expanded in clinic.
