高血压患者的健康教育及效果分析

目的:减少高血压患者再住院及并发症的发生率,提高其生活质量。方法:将186例高血压患者随机分为宣教组(93例)和对照组(93例),对照组于住院期间给予常规指导,出院后不进行健康教育,宣教组住院期间给予针对性健康教育,出院后仍定期进行健康教育。随访两年,比较两组高血压患者再住院及并发症发生率情况。结果:宣教组健康知识掌握率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),宣教组再住院及并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:加强对高血压患者知识的健康宣传,采取科学防治和护理,可以减少高血压患者再住院及并发症的发生率。

Hypertension patient''''s health education and effect analysis

Objective:To reduce the rate of hypertension patient hospitalized again and the complication incidence,and improves their quality of life.Methods:186 cases of hypertension patient was stochastically divided into the propaganda group with 93cases and the control group with 93 cases.The control group was given usual care in hospital,and after they left hospital did not carry on the health education.While the propaganda group was given the pointed health education in hospital,and after they left hospital was carried on the health education.Then compared the rate of hospitalized again and complication incidence with two groups of hypertension after follow-up visit for 2 years.Results:The health education knowledge grasping rate in propaganda group was obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.01).The rate of hypertension patient hospitalized again and the complication incidence in propaganda group was obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The rate of hypertension patient hospitalized again and the complication incidence will be reduced if they mastered more knowledge and received correct prevention and cure.
