| 摘 要： | 目的观察米力农对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的影响。方法将160例CHF患者分为2组,对照组80例,单纯给予利尿剂洋地黄药物治疗;观察组80例,在原对照组治疗基础上加用米力农静脉滴注,疗程均为1月。结果观察组与对照组有效率分别为95%与65%(P<0.05)。观察组的心胸比率回缩值明显大于对照组的心胸比率回缩值P<0.05)。结论在利用利尿剂及洋地黄基础上,米力农治疗CHF效果优于传统方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of milrinone on chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 160 cases of CHF were divided into 2 groups, 80 cases （in the control group） were only giv-en digitalis, diuretic drug therapy; 80 cases （ in observation group） , were treated with milrinone, the treatment course was one month. Results The efficiency rate of the observation group and the control group were 95% and 65% respectively （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group of cardiothoracic ratio retrac-tion value was greater than that of in the control group of cardiothoracic ratio retraction value （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The use of diuretics and digitalis basis, milrinone for the treatment of CHF is better than traditional method. |
