芪蛭降糖胶囊治疗2型糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛128例临床观察

目的评价芪蛭降糖胶囊对糖尿病冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将173例确诊为糖尿病冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(128例)和对照组(45例),治疗组给予西医常规治疗加芪蛭降糖胶囊,对照组给予西医常规治疗,共观察8周。比较2组症状、血糖、动态心电图变化及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率为92.19%(118/128),优于对照组的88.89%(40/45),2组比较,P0.01。与对照组比较,治疗组血糖和症状积分有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);2组治疗后动态心电图ST-T缺血改变阵次和持续时间均得到显著改善(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论芪蛭降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,无不良反应。

Clinical Study on the Effect of Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule in Treating 128 Patients with Diabetic Coronary Heart Disease and Angina

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule in treating type 2 diabetic coronary heart disease and angina. Methods One hundred and seventy-three patients of diabetic coronary heart disease and angina were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （128 patients） was given conventional therapy plus Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule, and the control group （45 patients） was given conventional therapy. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Symptoms, blood sugar, dynamic ECG and side effects of two groups were observed. Results In the treatment group, the total effective rate was 92.19% higher than that of the control group （88.89%） with significant difference （P〈0.01）. The symptom scores and blood sugar abnormalities in treatment group were significantly improved, and better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, ST-T ischemic change frequencies and duration of dynamic ECG, were significantly improved in two groups （P~0.05）, and the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qizhi Jiangtang Capsule has significant therapeutic effects in treating type 2 diabetic coronary heart disease and angina with no obvious side effects.
