多奈派齐联合尼莫地平治疗脑梗死后轻度认知障碍的临床观察

目的：观察多奈派齐联合尼莫地平治疗脑梗死后认知功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：将128例脑梗死后认知功能损害患者随机分为2组,治疗组予尼莫地平片30mg口服3次/日及多奈派齐片5mg口服1次/日,疗程12周;对照组仅予尼莫地平片30mg口服3次/日,疗程12周。观察两组治疗后血管性认知功能障碍的改善情况,并应用MOCA评价疗效。结果：治疗12周后,治疗组在定向力、记忆力、计算力、语言能力、执行力等项目的分值要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：多奈派齐联合尼莫地平治疗脑梗死后认知障碍作用明显,早期应用可预防及延缓痴呆的发生。

Therapeutic effect of Donepezil combination with Nimodipine on patients with vasculal cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction

Objective：To study the therapeutic effect of Donepezil combination with Nimodipine on Patients with Vasculal Cognitive Impairment after Cerebral Infarction.Methods：One hundred and twenty-eight patients with Vasculal Cognitive Impairment after Cerebral Infarction were divided into randomly into 2 groups,the treating group was treated with Donepezil 5mg/d for 12 weeks,combined by Nimodipine 30mg tid for 12 weeks;the control group was only treated with Nimodipine 30mg tid for 12 weeks.The Efficacy was assessed by the Mini-Mental State Examination（MoCA）.Results：The therapeutic outcomes were better in the treating group than the that in the control group obviously（P0.05）.Conclusions：Donepezil combination with Nimodipine had an obvious therapeutic effect on Patients with Vasculal Cognitive Impairment after Cerebral Infarction,therefore it could prevent and delay Dementia occurring at the forepart.
