半夏厚朴汤处方的药材特性和显微鉴定

目的对中药半夏厚朴汤所用生药材进行药材品种特性与显微鉴定研究。方法首先对半夏厚朴汤所用的生药材进行品种性状鉴定,然后常规粉碎,过65目筛,在显微镜下观察组织特征。结果半夏厚朴汤所用药材均为药典规定品种。结论本项研究对半夏厚朴汤的质量鉴别和临床应用等提供了可靠依据。

Study on the Character of the Medicianl Materials in Banxia Houpu Tang and the Micro-identification

Objective To study the character of medicinal materials in Banxia Houpu Tang with micro-indentification.Methods A variety traits identification was made to the medicinal materials in Banxia Houpu Tang,after the routine smashing of the materials,the powder through 65 mesh sieve were microscopically observed.Results The medicinal materials in Banxia Houpu Tang are measured up to China Pharmacopoeia(CP).Conclusions The study provides reliable basis for quality identification and clinical application of Banxia Houpu Tang.
