不同剂量卡维地洛在治疗充血性心力衰竭中的疗效观察

目的：观察不同剂量卡维地洛在治疗充血性心力衰竭中的疗效。方法：在常规治疗心衰措施基础上，将102例CHF患者随机分成四组，分别给予安慰剂，卡维地洛10mg／d，20mg／d，40mg／d，从小剂量开始，逐渐增加剂量。观察时间为16周。结果：（1）各组间一般临床指标比较，在各组间均无统计学差异。（2）随着剂量增加对血压和心率的影响有显著性（P〈0．05）。（3）三种不同剂量的卡维地洛均使LVEF明显增加（P〈0．05），但卡维地洛40mg／d组比20mg／d或10mg／d组增加更大（P〈0．01）。结论：随着卡维地洛剂量的加大，LVEF增加更显著，提示LVEF存在剂量相关性。

Effect of Carvedilol with Different Dosages on Treatment of Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

Objectives:To observe the effect of Carvedilol with different dosages on treating CHF. Methods:Based on the routine treatment method of CHF, the 102 cases were divided into four groups and given placebo, Carvedilol 10mgd,20mgd,and 40mgd respectively. Beginning from small dosage, then we gradually added up dosage. The observation period was 16 weeks. Results: (1) Among four groups, there is not different statistical significance for general clinical index. (2) with the increase of dosage, there is statistical significance for the effect on blood and heart rate (P<0.05). (3) Carvedilol with three kinds of dosages all make LVEF increase ( P<0.05). The effect of Carvedilol 40mgd is more than 20mgd and 10mgd (P<0.01). Conclusions: With the increase of dosage of Carvedilol, the increase of LVEF is more, which implies there is dose-effect relationship for LVEF.
