| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定炎热清胶囊中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为室温,检测波长为280nm。结果:黄芩苷进样量在0.101~1.01μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6);平均回收率为99.67%,RSD=0.82%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于本制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Baicalin in Yanreqing capsule. METHODS:HPLC was performed on Hypersil BDS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) with column at room temperature. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(47∶53∶0.2) at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 280nm. RESULTS:The linearity of Baicalin was good in the range of 0.101～1.01μg(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate is 99.67% with RSD at 0.82%(n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and it can be applied for the quality control of Yanreqing capsule. |
