甲型H1N1流感传播的元胞自动机模型初探

摘    要:目的建立数学模型,预测甲型H1N1流感传播规律。方法利用元胞自动机在时间、空间和状态都离散的复杂系统模型工具,对甲型H1N1流感的传播进行建模并用矩阵实验室(Matlab)进行模拟。结果模拟结果和实际甲型H1N1流感传播过程接近。结论甲型H1N1流感传播的复杂性可以借助元胞自动机模型进行建模,从而对疾病进行预测控制。

Abstract:Objective To set up a mathematical model to predict influenza H1N1.Methods Uesd cellular automata model on the state of discrete time,space and state to simulate influenza H1N1 transmission with Matlab.Results The simulation results and the actual spread of influenza H1N1 was similar.Conclusion We can use cellular automata model to simulate influenza H1N1 transmission in order to forecast and control it.
