| 摘 要： | 目的探讨ADVIA—2120血液分析仪的复检标准及应用。方法根据仪器报警信息、＂41条复检标准＂,结合我院实际,制定复检标准。结果符合复检标准的标本占35.10%,其中真阳性占23.30%,假阳性占11.8%,真阴性占62.65%,假阴性占2.25%.结论血液分析仪复检标准的制定与应用在各级临床实验室的临床检验中有重要的指导意义。 |
