| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨创伤性膝关节脱位的临床治疗方法.方法 2例创伤性膝关节脱位患者,均采用Ⅰ期清创,关节复位、固定,血管、神经探查吻合术;Ⅱ期膝关节韧带重建功能锻炼.结果 经1年的随访,Lysholm膝关节评分分别为93分和95分.结论 创伤性膝关节脱位病例少见,病情严重,治疗应先保肢体再行膝关节功能重建.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore treatment of traumatic dislocation of knee joint.Methods 2 cases of traumatic dislocation of knee joint underwent debride,embolia,the joint repositions,fixture,blood vessel and nerve investigation anastomosis.Ligament of knee joint rebuild and function exercise were made for 2 stage.Results All pationts were followed up for average 1 year.The Lysholm scale were 93 and 95.Conclusion Cases of traumatic dislocation of knee joint is rarely meted and severity.Limbs should be salvaged firstly... |
