| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同实验方法检测结核杆菌的阳性率以及在临床上的应用价值.方法 对380份痰标本分别采用直接涂片、夹层杯离心涂片集菌法、罗氏培养法以及PCR方法检测,并对阳性检出率进行比较.结果 PCR方法阳性率最高,但存在假阳性和假阴性;罗氏培养法为金标准,但周期较长;夹层杯离心涂片集菌法痰涂片阳性率为49.2%,直接涂片法... |
