经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法应用PVP治疗77例94个椎体病变。70例得到了半年以上的随访。PVP采取经皮经椎弓根入路穿刺病变椎体,将针尖置于椎体前1/3处,进行椎体骨内造影。最后注入骨水泥2~7ml。术后观察PVP的操作成功率、治疗效果及并发症。结果 74例90个椎体PVP治疗成功,按病例数成功率为96.1%,按椎体数成功率为95.7%。术后疼痛51例完全缓解（CR）,10例部分缓解（PR）,6例轻微缓解（MR）,3例无效（NR）,总有效率为90.9%;无原椎体再发塌陷。未出现神经受累症状。结论 PVP是一种微创、有效的治疗椎体压缩性骨折的方法。

Treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures with percutaneous vertebroplasty.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods 77 patients with 94 lumbar lesions were treated with PVP.70 cases have been followed up for more than half a year.PVP to take the the percutaneous pedicle approach puncturing the vertebra,the needle tip is placed anterior 1 /3.Injection of bone cement was 2 ~ 7ml.PVP operation success rate,clinical effects and complications were observed after treatment.Results PVP for 74 patients with 90 vertebral were successfully treated,with success rate 96.1% according to the number of cases,95.7% by the number of vertebra.51 cases got complete remission（CR）,10 cases of partial remission（PR）,6 patients with minor response（MR）,the ineffective（NR） in 3 cases.The total effective rate was 90.9%;There were no vertebral recurrent collapse.No symptoms of nerve involvement.Conclusion PVP is a minimally invasive valid method for vertebral compression fractures.
