摘 要: | 目的探讨脂联素水平与2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变(LLPAD)的关系。方法选取87例2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组),根据下肢血管超声结果将患者分为LLPAD组(55例)和无下肢血管病变(Non-LLPAD)组(32例),并选取同期来本院体检的30例健康者为对照组。用酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)分别检测健康对照者和2型糖尿病患者脂联素水平,并同时测定其它常规生化指标检测。结果 LLPAD组患者脂联素水平显著降低,与Non-LLPAD组比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。多因素Logistic回归分析发现脂联素、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、糖尿病病程、TG、LDL-C是糖尿病下肢病变的独立危险因素。结论低脂联素水平、高HbA1c、高HOMA-IR、高TG、高LDL-C 2型糖尿病患者LLPAD的发生密切相关。

Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between adiponect and lower limb peripheral arterial disease(LLPAD).Methods A total of 87 type 2 diabetic patients and 30 non-diabetic healthy subjects were enrolled in this study.All the diabetic patients underwent ul trasonography and were divided into 2 groups[LLPAD group(n = 55) and non-LLPAD group(n = 32) ].The levels of adiponect determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in healthy controls and cases with type 2 diabetic patients.Other clinical parameters were also measured.Results The levels of triglyceride(TG) 、blood pressure(BP) were markedly elevated in type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy group than in type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications and normal control group.IL18 was correlated positively with BP,body mass index(BMI),TG,homeostasis model of assessment for insulin resistence index(HOMA-IR),course,fasting plasma glucose(FPG).Conclusion The development of LLPAD is closely related to increased levels of HbA1c 、HOMA-IR、TG,and decreased level of adiponect. |
