| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨品管圈活动对会阴切开率的影响.方法 成立品管圈小组,活动开展前对影响会阴切开的要因进行分析,制定并落实降低产妇会阴切开率的改进措施.结果 产妇会阴切开率由活动前的74.5%降低到活动后的51.1%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,助产质量得到了持续改进.结论 品管圈活动有效降低产妇会阴切开率,提升助产服务质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle（QCC） activities on the perineum incision. Meth- ods Analyse and formulate the measures to reduce maternal perineum incision rate in QCC team. Results The maternal perine- um incision rate decreased from 74. 5% to 51.1% after the QCC activities, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The QCC activities effectively reduce maternal perineum incision rate, and improve the work of midwifery. |
