| 摘 要： | 目的 研究HIV合并HBV、HCV、TP感染的现状及其特点,为HIV/AIDS的防控和治疗提供科学依据.方法 采用ELISA法,对406例HIV阳性血清进行HBV、HCV、TP检测,比较不同性别及年龄HIV感染者HBV、HCV、TP感染率.结果 406例HIV感染者合并感染HBV的有68例（16.7%）,感染HCV有210例（51.7%）,感染TP有69（17.0%）.同时感染HBV/HCV的有34例（8.41%）,感染HBV/TP的有6例（1.5%）,感染HCV/TP的有28例（6.9%）,同时感染HBV/HCV/TP的有4例（0.93%）.结论 治疗HIV应注意HCV、HBV、TP的多重感染治疗,并加强HIV、HCV、HBV、TP感染者健康教育.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status and characteristics of HIV infection combined with hepatitis B virus （ HBV）, hepatitis C virus（HCV） and syphilis （TP）. Methods HBV, HCV, TP were detected in 406 cases of HIV-positive se- rum samples by ELISI. HBV, HCV, TP infection rate of HIV in different sex and age were compared. Results HBV/HIV co-infection were 68 cases （16. 7% ）, HCV/HIV 210 cases（51.7% ）, TP/HIV 69 cases（ 17.0% ）. HBV/HCV/HIV co-infec- tion were 34 cases（8.41% ）, HBV/TP/HIV 6 cases（ 1.5% ）, HCV/TP/HIV 28 cases（6. 9% ）, HBV/HCV/TP/HIV 4 cases （0. 93% ）. Conclusion The treatment of HIV infection should pay attention to multiple infections of HBV/HCV/TP. |
