手法整复结合物理疗法治疗Colles骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨手法整复配合物理疗法对Colles骨折患者的治疗作用。方法选择2010年5月~2012年6月Colles骨折患者43例,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用手法整复治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用物理治疗,观察治疗后患者肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间及腕关节功能等指标。结果治疗后实验组肿胀消退时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组,腕关节功能明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论手法整复配合物理疗法治疗Colles骨折具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。

Effects of manipulative reduction and physical therapy on Colles fracture.

Objective To study the effects of manipulative reduction and physical therapy on patients with Colles fracture.Methods 43 patients with Colles fracture who were in wards between May 2010 and June 2012 were selected and randomly divided into physical therapy group（24 cases） and control group（19 cases） by the order of calling number.Patients from physical therapy group were treated with manipulative reduction and physical therapy.Patients from control group were treated with manipulative reduction only.ROM of wrist joint,time of fracture swelling regression and clinical healing were measured after treatment.Results The ROM of wrist joint,time of fracture swelling regression and clinical healing were superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of manipulative reduction and physical therapy were benefit for Colles fractr-ue patient.
