美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗稳定型心绞痛

目的观察美托洛尔联合丹红注射液对稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法对84例稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,观察组44例在基础治疗下加用美托洛尔联合丹红注射液治疗,对照组仅加用美托洛尔,治疗1个月后,评价两组临床症状及心电图改善情况,并观察治疗前后的硝酸甘油用量及心绞痛发作频率。结果观察组临床疗效及心电图改变均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗后两组硝酸甘油用量及心绞痛发作频率均减少（P〈0.05）,且观察组更明显（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗稳定性心绞痛有明显的优势。

Metoprolol combined with Dan-Hong injection for stable angina pectoris.

Objective To observe the effect of metoprolol combined with Dan-Hong injection for stable angina pectoris.Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（n = 44） added metoprolol combined Dan-Hong injection based on the routine treatment,the control group（n = 40） only added metoprolol,and to evaluate the curative effects of alleviating symptoms and electrocardiography（ECG）,as well as the dosage of nitroglycerin and frequency of heart attack.Results The therapeutically effect of the observation group was better than the control group obviously on theirs various date（P〈0.05） after a month intervention,and both groups achieved better effect than before（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combining Chinese traditional medicine and western could have a significant effect in treating stable angina pectoris.
