对1例结核性胸膜炎患者的药学监护

目的：探讨临床药师对结核性胸膜炎患者实施药学监护的方法与思路.方法：临床药师对1例结核性胸膜炎患者在住院期间进行药学监护,药学监护内容包括治疗方案的制订、剂量调整、不良反应监测、用药教育等.同时根据监护结果及时发现并规范结核病患者的用药问题,保障患者用药安全、有效.结果与结论：临床药师参与结核病患者的药物治疗实践,对降低患者的复发率、减轻药品不良反应及促进合理用药具有重要意义.

Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient with Tuberculous Pleurisy

OBJECTIVE：To explore the approaches and ideas for clinical pharmacists to provide pharmaceutical care for patients with tuberculous pleurisy.METHODS：Clinical pharmacist provided pharmaceutical care for one patient with tuberculous pleurisy during hospitalization including formulating treatment regimen,adjusting dose regimen,monitoring adverse drug reactions and providing medication education and timely detected and standardized the problems in the medication for tuberculosis patient so as to ensure patient＇s safe and effective medication.RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS：Clinical pharmacists＇ involvement in the drug treatment of patient with tuberculous pleurisy is of great importance for lowering the relapse rate,attenuating adverse drug reactions and promoting rational use of drugs.
