宫颈上皮内瘤变180例临床分析

目的:探讨官颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的诊断及治疗方法.方法:回顾分析2001年1月～2009年1月住院治疗的180例CIN的临床资料.结果:180例CIN患者,其中,接触性出血占40%,白带异常占36.7%,患者就诊以同房后出血、白带异常为主要原因.180例中,显微定影式阴道镜检出官颈病变176例(97.78%).HPV阳性145例,阳性率为80.6%,CIN分级与HPV感染呈正相关.结论:官颈细胞学检查结合阴道镜检是诊断CIN的有效方法,CIN及其级别与HPV感染之间有重要关系.对不宜手术的原位癌患者町行单纯腔内放疗.

Clinical analysis of 180 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of cervical intracpithelial neoplasia(CIN). Methods: The clinical datas of 180 cases of CIN hospitalized in our hospital from January 2001 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Among 180 cases of CIN, bleeding accounted for 40%, abnormal leucorrhea accounted for 36.7%.The main cause of visit were bleeding after sex life, abnormal leucorrhea. Among 180 cases, 176 cases of cervical lesions were detected by micro-fixing type colposcopy. 74 cases of HPV-positive,the positive rate was 80.6%, CIN grade and HPV infection was positively correlated. Conclusion: Combination of cervical cytology with colposcopy diagnosis is an effective diagnosis means for CIN. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and its level have important correlation with HPV infection. Patients with carcinoma in situ who are not suitable for surgery can accept intraluminal radiotherapy alone.
