加压螺纹钉联合张力带钢丝治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折

目的:探讨加压螺纹钉联合张力带钢丝治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用后正中切口入路,自鹰嘴顶点,向尺骨髓腔钻入一导向针,旋入一枚6.5 mm空心加压螺钉。用一根18号钢丝穿过迟骨近端,在鹰嘴背面交叉,绕螺针尾端固定。结果:术后随访3～31个月,按Broberg-Morrey评分标准进行评定,优13例,良4例,可1例,优良率94.4%。结论:加压螺纹钉联合张力带钢丝是治疗尺骨鹰嘴骨折的一种较好的方法。其操作简单、固定可靠、疗效满意、并发症少。

Tension band combined with compression screw for the surgical treatment of olecranon fracture

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of tension band combined with compression screw for the surgical treatment of olecranon fracture.Methods:With a gateway of posterior median incision of elbow,the pilot pin was placed by drilling ulna from the top of olecranon to marrow cavity,then the cannulated lag screw of 6.5 mm was implanted.18 wire was used to penetrate the proximal end of ulna,decussated on the back of olecranon and fixed by twining the caudal end of screw.Results:All patients were followed up for 3~31 months(average 19 months).According to Broberg-Morrey score standard,the function of elbow showed excellent in 13 cases,good in 4 and fair in 1,the excellent and good rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:It is simple to treat the olecranon fracture with tension band combined with compression screw.Which can provide a stable fixation,with good effect and few complications.
